May Eighth Two Thousand and Eighteen

Yesterday I turned 22 and had a very simple and light birthday celebration. I woke up, 6:58 AM, right on the dot, and watched throughout the morning as those birthday text messages began to roll in. Friends and the family took time out of their busy mornings to wish me a happy birthday, and do you know what? I woke up realizing just how grateful I am, how many people love and support me. I also realized that this month marked my one year anniversary on WordPress!

Over the past 22 years, I have learned so much, grown-up, and established myself as an individual. I discovered more of my hobbies and realized the desire for a more simple and minimalistic life. My day was pretty simple: woke up, had a cup of coffee, and began my day. I spent the afternoon having a simple lunch with my grandmother, and once the day was over, got to spend the rest of the evening with friends and family who mean so much to me.

Here are some quick posts of my day – I am not one for photos of myself (I’m like the secret blogger HAHA).

Sara’s Outfit Details

Marled Hooded Sweatshirt Dress (Currently sold out but super comfy) | Not pictured but Monochrome sneakers | Crossbody Bag (also not shown but super compact) |

As I am writing this post, it is the day after my birthday and I am more inspired to write as I have ever been before. Excitement is also in the air because my blog has relaunched and a new post is up (it’s a good one!!).

Don’t forget to 10 !

Until next time…
